Carabello Coffee likes to offer a range of Merch items to their guests. They offer enamel pins, stickers, mugs, and t-shirts! During my time there, I created several different items.
Bloom is Carabello’s annual spring pin release. I illustrated the flowers and Chemex from the traditional tattoo aesthetic. With a painted texture for the “Bloom” word.
Carabello is known for the glasses that they serve in-house beverages in. All iced drinks go in a handled Mason jar and lid with a straw. This pin pays homage to their unique way of serving beverages in the cafe.
Carabello’s slogan is “Coffee and Compassion in Tandem.” They are philanthropic in what they do and the staff their creates every drink with all their heart and hospitality is at the top of their priority list when it comes to serving their guests. This pin shows their servant's hearts and showing they are skilled at their craft with the designs in each latte.
One of the goals for Carabello is to create un-branded merch items for our wholesale clients to sell in their cafes.

Carabello only had the slogan “Coffee and Compassion in Tandem” on their logo shirts. I wanted to create a fun illustration with that in a coffee tool that barista’s use each day and really is the core of Carabello’s cafe in Newport.
